Hi! I'm Sarah!

I'm a highly experienced counsellor and trauma therapist.

And I believe burnout and chronic stress is a result of unresolved trauma.

You may or may not be aware of your trauma, it doesn't matter for this session as my techniques will find your 1 key moment without having to relive unpleasant memories and then we focus on solutions.

Through my knowledge of neuropsychology and seeing clients for thousands of hours over my 10 year career as a therapist I can tell you burnout comes down to a moment in time when the survival response was overwhelmed.

I'm so excited I can now bring you healing and hope in an easy accessible way over a short period of time.

When I had my lightbulb moment that all chronic stress and burnout feelings come from one experience someone has had it led me to create this course.

As well as hundreds of clients over the years I also have personal experiene.

When I was 8 my mum was in a serious car crash. In 1988 trauma wasn't understood in the way it is now and all I remember being told was- be thankful your mum is alive.

I therefore buried all my anxieties and tried to plough on with life. In my early teens I became unwell and was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at 17. Again no link was made to my trauma.

In my early twenties I burned out and was in very low place.

Family and friends help me push through and I went through the next decade battling anxiety, depression, self criticism, crippling headaches and my self esteem on the floor. Burnout also made an appearance several times as I threw myself into work and projects and neglected my needs.

I started my counselling journey in my mid thirties and over the last 10 years I've gone through deep healing and transformations. I now feel happy with myself and have amazing tools and resources to use when stress comes along.

I can now bring all my training and personal knowledge into focusing on healing the one key moment your burnout resides in.

In a short period of time I can teach you what's needed to re wire your brain for you to feel in control of your emotions and discover inner peace.

I'm an experienced trainer and worked with big organisations like the police to teach them the skills needed to understand their traumatised cases alongside preventing PTSD and burnout for themselves.
